Custom Action Figure Showcase
Harry Potter in Griffendor Robes is a pretty nice little action figure, standing about 4" tall in good scale with the other figures. Figure Realm's Custom Showcase with hundreds of user submitted custom action figures on display. There's not much detail paint work on him other than the face, but they did do that quite well. For example, Palitoy issued a sublicense to Tsukuda, a company in Japan, to manufacture and sell action Man accessories in the Japanese market. People were complaining because they'd have to buy duplicates of four characters in order to just get one new one, but that's not quite accurate - there are actually three new figures in this box set. To that end, Cannibal Jack is sculpted with his eyes closed. Ah, mail-away toys! Decades before Build-a-Figure pack-ins, the best incentive to force people to buy multiple items from a toyline was to have some cool toy one had to send away for. Really, would it have been too much to ask to get a story about them instead of just pictures? It's probably a choice to keep them from having to reprint/repackage for international releases, but still.
