Many collectors like a particular series very much and they buy two units of the same statue - one to play and one to store. Of course, the original Thing had all this movement, but this one has a bit more. Now guess which fig is the most popular? NECA's 7" Jack Sparrow is a scaled-down version of their talking 18" version, and just like that figure, he's available in two head styles: smiling and serious. He's got the money, the ladies love him, and he can fly; what more could a guy need, honestly? Sure, he's saved the world a whole bunch of times, but who hasn't? Life must be really tough when you're not as awesome as the Human Torch. As it is, this is a flawed but admirable entry into the long line of Venom figures, although I doubt it will be the last. For collectors, its monetary value is whatever another collector is willing to pay for it.
