Many of the scans used on JAKKS' wrestling figures are terrible, and in my review of Gimli I made much of how Phil Martinez's head sculpt was superior to any of the RealScanned LotR figures. It appears that each plane of the chair has one-to-two pieces (including the bottom - the whole thing is fully enclosed) that makes the piece surprisingly solid. Daredevil is articulated just as well as the Spider-Man figures from that line: he's got two neck joints, shoulders, double elbows, glovetops, wrists, fingers, torso, waist, hips, thighs, double knees, boot tops, ankles and toes. Ploys such as packaging "errors" and "short-packed" figures have also been used by toy companies to increase collector interest. I think both of these should have been scrapped and Harry should have come with his first broom (the Nimbus 2000 comes with Quidditch Harry), plus some gold wizard currency and some other bits pieces. Well, nearly all: they've got the otherwise-identical "coated" and "coatless" versions, and this is one with the visible shirt sleeves.
