Now unless you grew up as a comic book fan, there's a good chnce that you're not familiar with this guy. Mattel Ghostbusters Exclusive 12 Inch Deluxe Action Figure Peter Venkman ...Mattel Ghostbusters Exclusive 12 Inch Deluxe Action Figure Egon Spengler ... I was so excited hoping I could share my old love for my Star Wars action figures with him, but his interest stopped at the light sabers and he never really got into those action figures that were once so special to me. I mean come on, we all saw Generations (unfortunately) and you know that Picard is not half a foot taller than Kirk! No way, no how. Franklin and, in fact, all the figures in this set are based on the artwork of Mike Wieringo. It's very much like what we typically see in the comics and on cartoons, so it's a decent choice for a paint scheme. Overall, Gollum is a fine figure, slightly let down by the sculpting lines and less-effective bendy legs. Thus, we have a built-in set, a broken up two-pack, as it were, in the assortment.
