The story isn't very interesting and the art runs the gammut from bland to unclear. People have been collecting action figures for years and the value of many action figures does indeed tend to rise. But if you’re a collector and you happen upon one that’s still in its original packaging, don’t open it. Marvel comics have been there for a very longtime infact many of us read the comics before we knew what blockbuster movies where all about. The ball-joint midsection of Movie Spidey is actually too stiff; it's difficult to get him to hunch over. I like the playset items, and a couple of the figures, like Spock and Kirk, had a nice assortment of goodies for just six bucks. The body is insanely muscled and textured, and the face is appropriately disgusting, with a huge distended jaw and a long, winding tongue.
